Misty had a rough start in life and almost didn't make it to Colorado. Her eye was badly infected and she needed to have it removed. But FOJ rescuers saw her sweetness and resiliency shining through and made it happen. Now, she's a one-eyed wonder and she barely seems to notice she's different! This tiny, scruffy girl will melt your heart!<br/><br/>She is a mix of so many things depending on her comfort level -- she can be shy at first and a little skittish, but her explorer nature quickly takes over as she checks out every corner of your house. She loves being close to her humans and really just wants to curl up on your lap! She's great with kids and other dogs. <br/><br/>Misty is making great progress on potty training and has been successfully using the doggy door! She's still learning basic commands and is getting more comfortable walking on a leash.
