My name is Misty. I was hit by a car and brought to Windcrest Animal Hospital on emergency. My owners were unable to afford my care, so they signed me over to Save the Animals Adoption Center. I was in sock, and was found to have severe nerve damage to my front right leg and shoulder. I also had some cuts and bruises. I have been undergoing intensive physical therapy, including, swimming, underwater treadmill, therapuetic laser treatment, and exercises. I am now able to use my leg like normal, and I continue to improve every day. I love cats, dogs and especially children. I am house broken and know basic commands. I think I am a lap dog, even though I weigh 50#. Please give me a second chance.
