She has been used for breeding but not a puppy mill dog.. She is as sweet as the day is long and loves hard. I do prefer breed experience with this breed as they can be a lot for a person who really needs a Shih Tzu. She was also matted, so she had to be shaved. She is fine with my other dogs, but she sure tells them off, all talk, no action. Another female dog may not be wise. She is housebroken! yes my fees have gone up! So has everything I touch, dog food alone has gone from $60-$95.. a bag. Still less than most vets would charge for the same procedures. Spayed/dental/HW test, shots, microchip, parasite control.
