Meet Missy <br/><br/>Missy is a 6½‑year‑old, 10 lb poodle who came to us from a Lancaster commercial breeder and is now discovering what it feels like to be cared for with kindness. When she arrived, she was extremely matted, but thanks to our incredible volunteers, she was gently groomed, bathed, and made to feel like a million bucks right away.<br/><br/>Throughout the entire grooming process, Missy was sweet, patient, and trusting, quietly showing us just how special she is. While life hasn’t been kind to her so far, she’s beginning to learn that from here on out, it’s only good things.<br/><br/>Missy is:<br/>🐾 Sweet and gentle<br/>🐾 Shy but kind‑hearted<br/>🐾 Learning to feel safe and loved<br/><br/>She’s looking for a loving, patient home that will give her the time and reassurance she needs to continue coming out of her shell.
