Missy's Story

This little lady is Missy, a 1.5-year-old, 33lb sweetheart with a calm and gentle nature. She’s a little shy at first, but once she’s settled in, her favorite place to be is in someone’s lap getting all the pets that they are willing to give. She’s very dog-friendly and finds her confidence from other pups, so she ideally should go to a home with another friendly dog who could show her the ropes and be her companion. <br/><br/>Missy was found out wandering in the cold during the winter storm and picked up by Josh from Loyal Guardian Foundation. When no one came forward for her, he got her vetted, groomed, and asked us to step in to help her find the perfect forever home. She’s now thriving in one of our foster homes with two other dogs and an amazing foster mom. She’s fully vaccinated, spayed, HW negative, and ready to find her perfect forever family.
