When help finally arrived, Momma Mishka and her four puppies were in rough shape, but they were still together. Nutritious food, vaccines, medical care, and safety replaced the cold uncertainty she had known. She will be spayed on 2/20, marking the beginning of a new chapter that is entirely her own. At just 18 months old and 80 pounds, Mishka moves with a fluid grace that is almost mesmerizing. Her foster mom says she flows beautifully within a home — remarkable for a dog whose past is such a mystery. We know she has lived indoors before, though we don’t know for how long.
