Miriam (reduced rover)'s Story

Miriam is 35 lbs of pure diva energy wrapped in fur. Nearly 8 years old and somehow still giving "misunderstood indie film protagonist" vibes, this belly-rub enthusiast is equal parts snuggle bug and tiny tyrant.

Let's get the tea out of the way:
Miriam is a mega resource guarder. Food? Hers. Toys? Hers. Random spot on the couch? You guessed it-hers. Try to move her when she doesn't feel like it and she'll go full bitey gremlin mode. We keep her on a long lead and martingale collar at all times, because when she digs into a corner and gives you that "don't even try me" look... believe her.

But here's the twist: she also LOVES you.
She loves belly rubs. She loves toys. She loves snuggling like a little spoon with trust issues. And once you've earned her affection, she'll act like she didn't threaten to bite your hand off two days ago.

Some other fun facts:
Thunderstorms? She becomes a ghost. Houdini-level vanish.
Went to board and train and earned the name Moaning Myrtle for her signature wails of protest. (Oscar-worthy, truly.)
Dogs? Meh. Maybe. Cats? Sometimes. People? With boundaries and bribes, yes.

Miriam is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, crate-trained, leash-walkin', car-ridin' royalty who just needs a rule-respecting, chaos-appreciating human to call her own.

Got experience with spicy girls? Want a dog who keeps life interesting and your snacks guarded? Miriam is waiting-with one paw on her toy stash and one eyebrow raised.
