Mina's Story

Mina, fka Meena , was found on Christmas Eve running the streets just east of Dallas. She is now safe and in a temporary foster home, with the family that found her. She is very sweet and starting to trust again. She gets along with their resident pup. She is only one year old and would love to attend a dog obedience course. She is extremely smart and learns fast and promises to be a star student!
She already is crate trained and walking on a leash well. She loves companionship and yearns to belong and find her person. This breed mix promises to be a loyal, independent, dedicated fur friend for life, is that you??
The Good Samaritans that found her are moving and she must find a new foster or better yet a forever home. Please complete an application here-

https://www.laprescue.org/adoption-app-.html

Mina had been abandoned by someone with a note around her neck( see post). She was in heat and scared when she was rescued. A kind Samaritan coaxed her off the street and took her to a veterinarian. They reached out to us and we helped her get into to see our veterinary team asap. Mina is now spayed and up to date on shots. She is a year old and a shepherd/ heeler mix. We had to prevent further unwanted doggies, but now she needs an adopter asap. She needs a family as the good Samaritan's home is being sold and they are moving.
Rescue organizations can't help without adopters or foster homes and the animals are suffering without these. If you would like to help Mina, reach out asap. We can't help without the support of our community.
