Meet Mimsy (Benefactor Puppy)

Hiya everybody! Introducing the world’s cutest puppy Mimsy.

Oh my! She is just about the cutest little scruffy to wiggle her way into rescue, well since the last one. But come on. That face!

Mimsy is estimated to have been born in late July of this year. She turned up on a porch nearly drained (literally!!!) from fleas. She was so weak, she kept falling over from the spray in her life saving bath. In the first half hour, she had a Capstar and washed hundreds of her closest friends (fleas) down the drain. 24 hours later, she was a whole new puppy, full of life and love to give!

She has now gotten an all clear from the vet, had her first round of shots, started on heartworm prevention, and is microchipped. The vet guessed a wirehaired terrier mix. We thought maybe some chihuahua, but really your guess is as good as ours. The important part, the vet guesses she is a small breed and will likely remain under 20 pounds (of course that is just a guess). Mimsy is a happy, sweet as pie puppy and absolutely adorable. She is working on potty training - still a baby. She is great in her crate, doesn't make a peep, and sleeps in it all night. She loves to play with all of the other dogs - bigs and littles. She especially loves cuddles from her people. Her little wiggle when she sees you coming… The. Cutest. Thing. Ever!

Now comes the fun part. Mimsy is on the hunt for her forever family and home. She is pretty perfect so we don’t expect her to wait long. Think you might be the right fit? Get your app in today. There is only one Mimsy.

This sweetheart is ready for a forever home!

This puppy is a Benefactor Puppy. His/her increased adoption fee will allow them to act as a benefactor to other dogs in our care that require special medical care and a better chance at adoption.

Please note: as with most rescue puppies, we have no way to guarantee this puppy’s breed or size potential.
