Milo

Milo is a male Havapoo (Havanese Poodle mix).He weighs 10.5 lbs and will be 2 yrs old in September. <br/><br/>We were told that after his owner passed away, a family member kept Milo chained in the basement where he was alone and left to sit in his own feces and urine. Someone who learned of his situation stepped in and offered to take Milo, saving him from this life of extreme neglect and abuse. Unfortunately Milo was later attacked by a neighbors dog. After that they felt they were not able to provide for his needs and reached out for help. He came to us underweight, severely matted with eye, ear and skin infections. <br/><br/>We are happy to say Milo is now healthy and loving life! He is looking forward to finding his forever home where he can live his best life.<br/><br/>Milo is up to date on vaccines and HW/flea/tick prevention. All of his bloodwork came back normal. He has healed from the infections and the injury to his neck from the dog attack. He was neutered and had his teeth cleaned on 5/14. <br/><br/>This little guy is an absolute sweetheart! He loves everyone he meets! <br/>* He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home. <br/>* He loves to play and run with other dogs and would love a home with another playful dog.<br/>* Hes a great cuddler and will flop over for belly rubs!<br/>* He is doing great with house-training, just needs to be kept on a regular schedule. He stays dry overnight and when crated.<br/>* He loves going on walks and is good on leash.<br/>* We are requiring a fenced yard where he can run free and play safely.<br/>* We were told Milo has been around cats and did ok. Would need to determine further at a meet and greet.<br/>* He is good with children.
