Milo's Story
Meet Milo! He is 7 years old and weighs 14 lbs.

Milo is pure love in dog form — gentle, affectionate, and incredibly well-behaved.

He’s a sweet senior boy who, despite having gone through a tough life, is in good health and ready to enjoy his golden years surrounded by love and comfort. Milo truly deserves to spend his final chapter with a family who will shower him with all the happiness and care he’s always deserved.

His energy level is calm and low. He enjoys doing little tours around the house, then curling up next to his human for cozy naps and gentle cuddles. Milo is the perfect companion — loyal, kind, and always ready to give love.

He’s not vocal at all, but when it comes to food, he definitely knows what he likes! Milo has a very selective palate — he prefers real protein like chicken, beef, or wet food. He’s like a little prince and will politely refuse anything mixed with rice, kibble, or even vegetables.

Milo gets along beautifully with everyone — dogs, cats, and children alike.

He walks well on a leash, and although he’s comfortable spending short periods in a crate, he’s 100% house-trained and loves sleeping quietly at his human’s feet.

This little gentleman is ready to fill his forever home with tenderness, gratitude, and endless love.

Milo is currently with a foster in Tijuana. Our next available transport date is 10/11/25. They must have either an approved foster or adopter in order to confirm their spot on the transport.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS IF THE DOG YOU APPLIED FOR IS COMING ON A TRANSPORT:

If the dog you applied for is coming on a transport they will have a future arrival date within their profile. You will need to pick up in Puyallup at the set time & day you are asked to arrive (no other arrangements will be made). There will NOT be a meet and greet. We will not have fosters ready for the dogs planned to go on trial adoptions. For this reason, we will be asking for a $100 deposit for any dog going on a trial adoption at the arrival of the transport. Which will go towards their adoption fee. If you cancel 72 hours before arrival this will be nonrefundable and considered a donation.

To apply: Casadog.org/dogs
