MILO's Story

#A5756198 Milo
is a 3-year-old male German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois mix with the prettiest brown eyes. He arrived at the Care Center on 2/16/2026 as an owner surrender after his previous family moved and were unable to take him with them. Milo is the perfect mix of Shepherd and Malinois, with the big body of a shepherd and the agility and gait of a malinois. At 71 lbs, he is strong, smart, and an overall confident pup. Milo appears curious and treat-motivated, which should make him a quick learner for training. He was friendly with shelter staff and showed interest in toys, though he was a bit distracted by the vocalizing of other dogs nearby. With time to settle into a calmer environment, Milo will likely be able to show more of his playful and engaging personality. He would likely do well with an adopter who can provide structure, continued training, and plenty of activity to keep him engaged.

-ID #A5756198

-Ready to go home!

-Arrived at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 2/16/2026

-71 lbs

-3-year-old male

-German Shepherd / Belgian Malinois mix

-Treat motivated

-Confident and curious

MILO’S VIDEO:

https://youtube.com/shorts/r5in4HikZIg

For more information, contact volunteer Lor at

lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org

-------

United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
