She already knows sit, waits patiently for her meals, comes when called, and is an absolute expert at fetch. And we mean REAL fetch—she brings the ball right back for another round! She’s incredibly attentive, eager to learn, and always watching the world around her (including airplanes flying overhead!).<br/><br/>Millie is everything we love about intelligent, active dogs. She’s a fantastic hiking companion, loves exploring, and would be thrilled to join her forever family on camping trips, kayaking adventures, paddleboarding excursions, or good old-fashioned road trips.<br/><br/>But what makes Millie truly special is her temperament.<br/><br/>She is absolutely fabulous with everyone she meets! She’s wonderful with children, plays beautifully with other playful dogs, and knows how to respect the older, more senior dogs in her life. She’s naturally alert and makes a great little watchdog, but she’s also responsive to correction and eager to please.<br/><br/>In fact, Millie has become a staff favorite at our adoption events! <br/><br/>And when the adventures are over? Millie is an incredibly sweet, affectionate, snuggly girl who loves being close to her people.<br/><br/>Millie’s dream home? An active, loving family with kiddos and another playful dog who can be her best friend.
