Millie's Story
Millie is a year old girl with all the house manners and plenty of zest for the active Colorado outdoorsman! She’s house trained, rides well in the car, is dog friendly, greets strangers with a smile, and has an independent streak. She likes to explore, take scent walks, and enjoys a good game of fetch — she casually drops the ball back near you while jogging past. Millie is around 55 lbs. She joined MHCR from a high intake shelter in Texas where she found herself on the euthanasia list due to lack of space. Millie left Texas with a few heartworms in tow, as lots of Texas dogs do, but not to worry, she’s being treated and these will soon be a thing of the past. Feline and poultry free home for her, please!

Millie is being fostered in Longmont, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.*

You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/millie/.

You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
