Millie's Story

Millie Justice is a year old. She is a huskyish%,80%ears,mix%. Speaking of ears, you would think with how large hers are she would be able to hear everything you say. However, they are mostly just there for vibes.

The good stuff:

Potty Trained
Dog Friendly
Loves Kids

Professional bed/chair/spot stealer, assistant gardener, & sassy diva

Work in progress:

Kennel training has been a slow process that we have worked on and off on

Millie becomes very stressed out when leaving the house (car rides, walks), but she is being evaluated by our vet so we can work on reducing her anxiety

She is unsure of new people, especially men. With patience and respect she warms up quickly

Quirks

Millie will jump fences. While she fears the front yard, our neighbors' yards are not so intimidating to her

Millie would likely do best in a home with no cats. She becomes very fixated on them, will chase them if they run, and barks (infinitely) when she can see but not reach them

In typical husky fashion, after warming up, Millie has no qams in ensuring you are aware of her wants and needs. She barks, grumbles and mumbles. Though it may be endearing to some, it is not so loved by others. Having experience in husky like breeds or simply a love for talkative pups would make Millie a great pup for you!

Millie loves being snuggled up on the couch and spending time outside in the yard. She has incredible zoomies! Millie would love to have a family with children she can grow up with.
