We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!<br/>Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!<br/><br/>Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. Milady is shy and needs to go to a home with a welcoming resident dog who will help with that socialization process.<br/><br/>Additionally, Milady is a tripod. She does great on three legs (is missing her right rear leg) and gets around wonderfully!<br/><br/>Milady is Looking For: Milady along with her siblings Milee, Marvin, and Melvin, are all satos from Puerto Rico.They came into our care so they could get their own human families in the DC area. Milady is a wonderful sweet young pup who is eager to walk through the world with all the confidence of a well-loved pup! She hasn't seen enough of it yet and needs extra loving and patient adopters who will give her experiences in new places and with new people at her pace. A welcoming resident dog will help build her braves as well.<br/><br/>Above all, she wants to be safe and loved, to know where she belongs. She has so much love and loyal companionship to give in return. What do you say? Can you see her by your side?<br/>What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this once she has spent time in foster care.<br/>Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.<br/>TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
