Mila's Story

Mila is about 14 pounds and 9 months old.

This girl is all about play! She is highly toy motivated. According to Mila, anything can be a toy. Blanket? Toy. Wash cloth? Toy. Broccoli? Toy. She became my best friend the moment I had a toy in my hand.

She is cautious with people and animals, but also very curious! She seems willing to gain more confidence with some socialization and encouragement. She definitely looks to her person for direction. Even in her short time in foster care, her confidence with dogs has shown some improvement.

She's very smart. Mila would love food/treat puzzles and possibly some agility. She seems to be pee pad trained and needs to learn to pee outside. Mila is very smart and learns new things quickly.

Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for Mila is $300.

If you are interested in adopting Mila, please complete our online adoption application at
https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process/

.
