Mikey

Mikey has been here at the shelter since January 2023...yes, he has been here over 3 years! He had been outside in a pen before coming here and not given any attention, so he is timid. I am not going to sugar coat it...he is afraid of strangers. He does not get aggressive in any way, he just shrinks down and tries to hide or run. This poor dog needs someone with a fenced in yard that will allow him time to get used to them and their property. He is all fun and excitement when he gets used to you and knows he is safe. Mikey loves to go for walks and chew on bones. He is not a huge fan of other dogs, but he is a pretty neat guy once you get to know him.
