Midge's Story
Meet Midge!
This adorable 4–5-year-old teacup Yorkie weighs in at a whopping 4 pounds of pure sweetness!

Midge was found wandering the streets of Toledo and, sadly, never reclaimed—but she hasn’t let that dampen her loving spirit. She’s friendly with everyone she meets and would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. Her favorite thing in the world? Curling up on your lap for snuggles.

Midge lives with other dogs but mostly keeps to herself. She hasn’t been around cats or children in her foster home, but given her gentle nature, she’d likely do well with either.

She’s mostly potty trained as long as you stay on top of her schedule—she’ll have an occasional accident if you forget to take her out. Midge isn’t a big fan of her crate at first, but once you cover it with a blanket, she settles in and sleeps quietly through the night.

Midge is spayed and recently had a dental, where it was discovered that she had a previously fractured jaw due to untreated dental issues. Thankfully, that doesn’t slow her down—she still enjoys every meal! She is up to date on her vaccinations, microchipped, and current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Her adoption fee is $350.

Applicants must live within one hour of Toledo, Ohio… no exceptions.

Please follow the link below for the adoption application.

http://www.dogworksohio.com/adoption-application.html
