Mickey 's Story

Micky is a precious hound who was abandoned. He was scavenging for food at a local McDonalds, but would not allow anyone to catch him. He was extremely thin and a winter ice storm was on the way. The day before the storm, he finally trusted the shelter director and a good samaritan enough to be captured.<br/><br/>Mickey is a total doll. He has gained weight, loves other dogs and people. He has a typical hound bay and loves to sniff. He does not like being confined and will let everyone know by "talking" in his cage.<br/><br/>This wonderful dog is meant to be able to run and explore. He is a great family dog and would fit in with any type of active household. Come meet this beautiful hound and give him a second chance.
