Mickey is ready for adventures with you! He has been loving going to Tahoe with his foster family and enjoying all the fun hikes! Let’s get this handsome pup a family of his own to grow up in! Please share! ???<br/><br/>Mickey is a male, 7 months old, large breed mix (Belgian Malinois, Siberian Husky, Am Staff, German Shepherd). He is as soft as his eyes are blue! Mickey is crate trained, dog social, shows zero food aggression, and is super playful. Mickey is living in a foster home with a male & female large breed dog. He has joined the pack seamlessly. For a puppy of his breed makeup, Mickey is surprisingly mellow. He enjoys wrestling and playing fetch and chasing with the resident dogs, but he also can settle on his dog bed with a chew toy. <br/><br/>The foster Mickey lives with is “strict” with training. Threshold training, waiting to eat until told, sit, lay down, stay, come, & heal have all been learned in 2 weeks! This is his DNA shining bright! Mickey would be happy in a home where he gets regular social interaction with another dog, or a home where he will have a compatible canine sibling. He will need both physical & mental “workouts” daily to be a happy dog. Mickey has no health issues and eats a standard, healthy dog kibble. He is the perfect age to transition easily to a great forever family. <br/><br/>Mickey had fractured his back leg a few months ago and was in a cast. Thankfully he healed up and didn’t need surgery. He is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped! Home owners only with a fully fenced in yard. Large breed experience is a must.
