Meet Mickey, a 3-year-old mixed breed with a heart full of potential. Though his past was filled with hardship and neglect, Mickey has shown incredible resilience and is now ready to find a loving, experienced owner. <br/>Despite the rough start, Mickey is a loving dog who enjoys leaning into people for pets once he feels comfortable. He has successfully interacted with other dogs his size while in our care and could thrive in a home with another canine companion, given a proper introduction.<br/>He does have some triggers due to his past, which can make him a bit overstimulated or nippy at times, but with patience and understanding, he thrives. He’s crate trained but prefers not to be crated often. He is also leash trained and loves to go for walks.
