Mia- Courtesy Listing's Story
Meet Mia!
For more information or to meet Mia, please contact Les:
Lex – (989) 573-4251

Name: Mia
Age: Almost 5 years old (Born 9/20/2020)
Gender: Spayed Female
Vaccinations: Up to date
Housebroken: Yes (currently takes Proin for minor incontinence)

About Mia:
Mia is a gentle, loving soul who adores her people and wants nothing more than to be by your side. Whether it’s taking a stroll through the neighborhood, stretching her legs in the backyard, or curling up with you on the couch—Mia is all in. She’s not too interested in toys, though she’s recently warmed up to short games of tug-of-war with a rope toy. Loud squeakers still make her a little uneasy.

Mia has lived with a cat and handled it fairly well, but she truly thrives in a calm, only-pet household where she doesn’t have to share attention or navigate complex animal dynamics. She has met other dogs and can be friendly with slow, careful introductions, but she struggles to interpret canine social cues and should be supervised in those situations. While she’s never shown any prey drive and remains calm on walks, Mia does best with predictability and understanding.

The Ideal Home:
Mia would love a home with a person or family who has time to devote to her continued training and emotional needs. A quieter home—without other animals or small children—will help her feel safe and settled. Older, respectful children may be a fit. Mia is very food motivated, learns quickly, and walks beautifully on a leash. She’s not reactive to other dogs, bikes, or scooters, but she loves to greet people and will gladly accept new friends.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to be your best friend, Mia might be the perfect fit. Please reach out to Lex at (989) 573-4251 to learn more.
