Mia's Story
Meet Mia!<br/><br/>Mia is hoping her forever home is with you! Mia came in with our Vanleer hoarding case of 35+ dogs completely emaciated and starving. Mia was also one of the dogs among all the others she came in with that had to eat rocks and debris just to keep something in her belly. Ultimately this led to her having little to no teeth at a young age. Despite her extremely rough upbringing Mia has reached all of her health goals and is ready to find her forever home! Mia is a gorgeous hound mix that weighs about 30lbs and her estimated date of birth is 06/21/2019. She loves other dogs and cats, but due to her still being extremely timid we recommend a home without children. Due to her still being extremely timid, Mia is considered a flight risk and is required to go to a home with a fully fenced yard. Mia is not yet accustomed to a leash, but she will develop time and patience when learning to use one.<br/><br/>Mia is fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed.
