Merlyn is looking for their forever home! This sweet older guy has got a lot of love left to give. If you're looking for the perfect, laid-back companion then look no further!<br/><br/>WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Merlyn, or "Old Man Merv", is truly the easiest, sweetest companion. He's a laid-back, happy guy who loves his twice a day walks and is a perfect gentleman on leash. He's perfectly content being left at home and will go to his crate with the door open to take a nap while you're gone. <br/><br/>Despite being 10, he still has a playful side! He's a big fan of toys (especially squeaky ones!) and enjoys a good chew as well. <br/><br/>Merv is such a 'dog's dog'. He loves snuggling with my dog. He follows him around and likes to be near him. He does well living with cats too, but is best with confident, dog-savvy ones.<br/><br/>He has met neighborhood kids and done great, but as he's a little clumsy, a home with older kids would be best.
