Mercedes's Story

Mercedes is a calm, affectionate girl who truly shines in a home setting. She is housebroken, leash trained, and kennel trained, making her an easy transition into a family environment. Shelter leash pulls are exceptional... She can be selective with other dogs, so thoughtful introductions are important, she would also thrive as a only dog. She absolutely loves kids and is very people-oriented — she wants to be close and will happily stay in your space. Mercedes is not food aggressive and is comfortable being handled; you can touch her anywhere without issue. She enjoys playing with stuffed toys and has a cute habit of hiding her chews under blankets. One of her favorite pastimes is relaxing by a fire pit, soaking up the calm vibes. Overall, Mercedes is a loving, gentle companion who thrives on closeness and comfort and would do best in a home that values a snuggly, loyal presence.
