Meet Melman, a staff favorite! Melman is a smart, playful, and incredibly loyal boy who is ready to find his perfect match! He absolutely adores his people and forms strong, loving bonds with his family. He's especially fantastic with young kids and has done wonderfully around them.<br/><br/>Melman loves to play fetch and would happily chase a ball as long as you're willing to throw it. He enjoys durable chew toys (antlers are his favorite!) and already knows lots of tricks and basic cues. He's worked with a trainer in the past and truly enjoys learning - he thrives when given structure and clear expectations.<br/><br/>He is housebroken, does not require a crate, and has no history of separation anxiety or resource guarding. Overall, he settles nicely at home and enjoys having a fenced yard to stretch his legs.<br/><br/>Melman would do best as the only pet in the home.
