Melly is a 10-week-old pitbull mix with the biggest personality packed into a tiny puppy body. She’s full of love, always ready to play, explore, and make new friends.<br/><br/>She absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion or an active lifestyle where she can get all her zoomies out. Whether it’s hikes, beach days, or a game of fetch in the yard, Melly is your girl.<br/><br/>Melly recently entered the Riverside shelter as a stray, all alone, and we don’t know much about her past but what we do know is that she’s ready for a fresh start and a life full of love, structure, and adventure.<br/><br/>As a young puppy, she is still learning all the basics:<br/><br/>Potty training (in progress!)<br/>Crate training (working on it!)<br/>Puppy manners (a work in progress)<br/><br/>Because of this, she will do best in a home that is committed to structure, consistency, and continued training. She’s incredibly smart and eager, but like any puppy, she needs guidance to grow into a well-balanced adult dog.<br/><br/>Melly would be a perfect fit for someone who:<br/><br/>Has an active lifestyle<br/>Is excited about training and raising a puppy<br/>Can provide routine, boundaries, and lots of love<br/><br/>She’s the kind of dog who will grow into your adventure buddy, best friend, and constant source of joy she just needs someone willing to put in the time now to help her get there.<br/><br/>If you’re ready for puppy energy, lots of laughs, and a whole lot of love, Melly is ready to meet you.<br/><br/>(Vaccines are in progress, spay will be covered once she's old enough)
