Mellow, 8 year old male Chihuahua mix, should be 10lbs… weight management food recommended ?<br/><br/>Mellow found himself at a shelter, and we pulled him on our last transport after hearing that he had been nippy with the staff. Luckily, as is the case with most little dogs, he just needed to get out of the shelter environment. He has been a doll in his foster home And has allowed and even enjoyed handling and lots of butt scratches. <br/><br/>He is not officially available for adoption until he sees our vet next week, we’d like to run some senior bloodwork just to make sure his labs look good, but he is currently available on a foster to adopt basis in case you find yourself unable to contain your excitement about welcoming him into your home! <br/><br/>- Dog/cat friendly <br/>- Appears crate trained but hasn’t needed one<br/>- Doing well with potty training on a routine<br/>- Walks well on leash, fence not required <br/>- Teeth look great, appears to have had a recent dental<br/>- His only request is a good stock of squeaky toys!<br/><br/>If you’re interested in adopting Mellow please complete an application at www.rosebudrescue.com/adopt<br/>Long distance adoptions considered within the US only at the adopters expense, after he is cleared by our vet next week. <br/><br/>*Please keep in mind that it is time consuming for our volunteers to process applications.
