Mel

Mel is 4 years old and weighs approximately 10 lbs. She came to us as a breeder surrender. Mel is loving the time she gets to spend out in the fresh air with the other dogs here at the rescue. She has not yet discovered the joy of toys but we will keep trying to peak her interest. She has been doing great with her crate training so hopefully that will make transitioning to house training a bit easier. When I go to pick her up about 75% of the time she does piddle a little. Hopefully this will keep improving with time. She is nervous to meet new people but warms up quickly. The pictures posted are the best I was able to get because when I am outside with her she just wants to sit by my legs or she is running around to fast to get a good picture. She likes to run around, stop aways away and when I call her she runs to me sooo fast. I love to see them so happy after getting out of the breeders kennels.
