Say Hey to Mei Mei! <br/>Mei Mei is a 2-year-old, 40lb terrier mix girlie … and honestly? You’ll have to come meet her in person to help us solve the mystery of what she is! She’s petite, a little longer and fuzzier than you’d expect, with the cutest black ears and a perfect little black spot on her side. She’s basically a walking “guess my breed” game.<br/><br/>Mei Mei was transferred to us from Hoffman Kennels, and it’s clear this sweet girl is ready for a soft place to land. When she arrived, she was wearing a choke chain that had become too small for her growing body. She had happy tail, some sores that suggest she may have spent far too much time in a crate, and the most unique little hop when she runs (all due to her previous home life, NOT animal control). <br/><br/>We’re not entirely sure why Mei Mei bounces on her back legs. Mei Mei has had x-rays and she’s got the all clear! There’s nothing wrong with her. Her hops could be due to a lack of proper space to move, without a chance to learn how to walk properly as she grew. No matter what, we’re committed to making sure this girl gets everything she needs.<br/><br/>And despite it all? Mei Mei is SILLY. She’s goofy. She’s playful. She loves her toys, loves her treats, and most of all - she loves her people. There is such a sweet little soul inside this tiny body, just waiting for someone to choose her.<br/><br/>Mei Mei seems to do well with male dogs. We’re currently unsure about cats, but we can cat test for serious inquiries! <br/><br/>She would be such a special addition to a family ready to give her patience, comfort, and love. A cozy home, soft blankets, and someone who sees how wonderful she is.
