Megg is with us for quite some time since July of 2019 to be exact.<br/><br/>We realize that not every dog that comes into the shelter is going to be instantly ready to go directly into a home .<br/><br/>Poor Megg was absolutely petrified when she came in . We needed time for her to adjust and so we could could learn what was causing her such distress .<br/><br/>She is a great walker but she tends to be shy with new people. She would need a few meet and greets, to establish trust with strangers . Once she is your friend, it is for life.<br/><br/>She is adaptable and loving when spending time with people she knows. She can run around and play but really likes petting and relaxing with her people.<br/><br/>Would do best as only animal in the home and no children due to her fearfulness.<br/><br/>Our staff that have had the most interaction with her say that she has a very sweet nature and loving spirit.<br/><br/>Megg is 8 years old and look at how beautiful she is .<br/><br/>This girl deserves a forever home and family .<br/><br/>She is housebroken, walks perfectly on a leash , takes commands and can be a true best friend. She has been an exceptional dog in her time with us.
