Meg's Story

Meg is really a sweet princess. She loves to play, even by herself! She makes us laugh everyday as she learns to play with toys and balls- she's super silly and really works hard to play fetch. Running is no problem for her, but getting the ball and keeping it in her mouth could use some practice with her new family. She loves snuggles and cuddles and giving kisses. Meg is good with other dogs, cats unknown. We would be cautious of placing her in a home with small children because she is a strong little lady. Harmony Dog Rescue believes in fostering to adopt. Harmony Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

Potential adopters need to first fill out our adoption application. HDR personnel will screen the applications to make sure they are completely filled out. We will call personal references and veterinary references listed on the adopters application. We will conduct a home visit/interview to ensure that the adopter and home will be a good fit for the dog. If the adopter has other animals, we will require a meet and greet with the animal(s) as well.
