Given up by his owner because she didn't have enough time to spend with him, he is proving to be a quick learner and an all around gentleman. He is playful with other dogs and is learning that cats like him better when he leaves them alone. While not aggressive, he tends to be a bit of a pest. Meeko can be somewhat shy, so his new guardian should be willing to be gentle and patient with him while still working on building up his confidence. Meeko would probably do best in a quieter environment where he can become comfortable with a new routine.
