Meadow's Story

Mr. Meadow is the happiest, most handsome sweet potato that wants nothing more than to hang out with you. He will follow you from room to room, content to just plop on the floor beside you. He gets post-breakfast zoomies with his foster sibling and loves chasing squeaky toys, but is otherwise pretty easygoing. Speaking of breakfast...this boy can EAT. At 19 lbs he is a stocky fellow with a healthy appetite, showing off his 360 spins before getting his food. Not a fan of carrots or apples, but he does love his beef jerky treats!

He rarely barks, except for when there's someone at the door or there's a neighborhood cat startling him on a walk. Not to worry though--he's not aggressive toward others. In fact, he lives peacefully with a chill foster cat and a 13-lb pom--if either of them say "enough sniffing, sir" he knows to back off and give space. As for quiet time, he will either choose to sleep in the open crate or on the floor by his foster parents' bed. For the most part, he has chosen one human to follow around, but is loving toward both people in the house.

Meadow is very curious on walks and likes to stop and sniff. He is working on his leash and potty training and will need help in his new home. Overall, Meadow is an affectionate, loving boy and would do well in a home where he can have a nice balance of relaxation and play time.
