Mckinley

McKinley is approximately 2 years old and came in originally as a stray with a limp on 1-13-26. <br/><br/>It was found that she had a birth defect which left her with an incomplete ball and socket joint in her rear R leg. She has now had the FHO surgery required to fix it and she should regain full function of the affected leg. She is already weight bearing and other then a possible decreased range of motion she should be fine once fully healed. <br/><br/>She is a very sweet and friendly pup. She is a mid sized dog weighing only 28 pounds. She loves to chew bones and loves to sit in your lap. She gets along with other dogs but would prefer a home without cats. <br/>She is still doing physical therapy at this time and is on some medications while she finishes healing, but she is now available to meet and is available for adoption. We can also do a foster to adopt for her as she finishes healing. Call the shelter to schedule an appt to meet her.
