McGee is all about love, playtime, and making people smile with his goofy expressions. He’s on the skinny side right now, but with his love for treats (and maybe a few extra snacks), he’ll fill out in no time!<br/><br/>McGee is good with other dogs and wouldn’t mind having a furry friend to play with. He’s just hoping for a cat-free home where he can soak up all the cuddles, belly rubs, and attention he deserves.<br/><br/>He is kennel trained and appears to be house trained.<br/><br/>3 years old | Pit Bull Mix | 53 lbs (and ready to gain a few!)<br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A PET<br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>FOSTERING<br/>Can't commit to adoption but still want to help us save lives?
