May May is gentle, affectionate, and loves spending time with her people. Once she gets comfortable, she's happy to be your shadow, couch companion, and full-time supervisor.<br/><br/>May May has been around children and has done well with them. She can be watchful when meeting new people, so slow, proper introductions are important while she gets comfortable.<br/><br/>She would do best as the only pet in a calm, structured home where she can relax and enjoy having all the attention to herself.<br/><br/>May May was heartworm positive and has received treatment. Now she's ready to leave stray life behind and find a safe, loving home filled with couch cuddles, belly rubs, and plenty of time with her favorite humans.<br/><br/>Come meet May May and see whether she approves your application for the position of Forever Family. 💛An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt.
