May is an approximately 1-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix whose gentle spirit will steal your heart. After being rescued alongside her sisters Summer & June in a field by another local rescue, she's slowly discovering what it means to be safe, loved and cared for. <br/><br/>May can be shy when meeting new people or experiencing unfamiliar situations, but every day she grows a little braver. Once she trusts you, she's affectionate and enjoys attention from people she knows. <br/><br/>She would do best in a calm, patient home with another confident dog to help her to continue to build confidence of her own. Watching May come out of her shell has been incredibly rewarding, and we know her best days are still ahead. <br/><br/>May is up-to-date on vaccinations and was spayed on 7/22/26.
