MAY's Story

May was discovered wandering the streets of Lamont, CA, and was taken in by Kern County Animal Services just before Christmas. She spent time at the shelter, hoping for an adopter who never arrived. Despite having a dedicated advocate fighting for her, May’s situation became dire as she faced the possibility of euthanasia after numerous close calls. Against all odds, we fell in love with this sweet girl and managed to save her just in time.

May is an absolute gem, getting along with other dogs and loving the company of people. We are confident that she would be a wonderful addition to any home ready to welcome her.
