He is happy to be trained with food or toys, he exhibits all the typical traits of a malinois, seeking attention, eager to have a job, well behaved with the right handler, a little cautious of new people but warms up quickly, fine with the crate, easy to train. Max was evaluated by a MAD Rescue volunteer and passed all the requirements with flying colors, he is healthy mentally and phyiscally. He has some very basic training. Max is good with other dogs and people he knows (proper introduction and time). strong food and toy drive playful able to travel crate/cage trained (sleeps in crate) curious courageous easy on the leash curious & friendly with dogs he does not know (at a distance) house trained does not react to unexpected loud sounds enjoys to be groomed (shower) minimal training can be destructive (digging & barking) if bored and not properly stimulated prey drive towards cats can react to unknown dogs, needs to be further controlled with proper exposure resource guarding (needs to be overcome)
