Meet Max. ( they called him moo moo ) He's a 14 lb bundle of puppy. His bday is Feb 23rd so he's still young . Rescued from a bad situation and now looking for his forever home. <br/><br/>He's dog friendly, alittle nervous at first til he knows no one is gonna hurt him. He loves to run and play. <br/><br/>The owner said both parents were chihuahuas. He is currently unaltered.
