Max's Story

Meet Max! Max is a gem, a soft and snuggly pup with a sweet nature and an eagerness to please. Max is approximately 11-months old and 32-lbs. He is playful and fun, but also content to sit calmly at your side for some quiet time.

Max loves both dogs and cats. He loves to play and will even play by himself – throwing his toy and then grabbing it and shaking it and throwing it again. This active boy loves brisk walks, the faster the better, and he will make an ideal running or hiking buddy. He also loves riding in the car and going anywhere you go because he loves to be with his people.

He is crate trained, but does not like to be alone, and doesn’t like to be in the crate if you’re not around. Max would love a home with another dog that he can play with and learn from. He’s super smart and learns quickly and has already learned his sit command. His foster mom is working with him on potty training and spending time alone.

Max is neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped.

Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.
Los Angeles area adoptions only
