The neighbors finally called for help and the dogs were taken away. They spent a few weeks at the shelter until a foster home was found.<br/><br/>Max loves kids and other dogs. He has not been cat tested because the foster does not have any cats.<br/><br/>Max is vaccinated and fixed.<br/><br/>Max loves to be around people playing with toys and taking walks.
