Max is a long-haired black and tan dapple dachshund who has had a rough past. Due to years of neglect, he has no fur on his back or most of his tail, but that has not stopped him from settling into his foster home and blossoming into a sweet, snuggly and playful boy.<br/><br/>Max is approximately 4 years old, and is up to date on his vaccines. He's been neutered, treated for a terrible skin infection and had a dental.<br/><br/>Max enjoys sleeping in the big bed, and is housebroken. He is good with the other dogs in his foster home, and all the people he has met, including older children. He's gentle and loves snacks.<br/><br/>Max is crate trained, and in fact, loves to hang out in his crate. He runs right in for dinner and for a snack when we leave, and often just beds down during the day when I'm home.<br/><br/>Is Max the perfect new addition to your family?
