My name is Max, I am a chow/retriever mixed nuetered male approximately 1 1/2 years old. My adopted dad watched me get hit by a van on Durham Road. As the Hit & Run driver sped away my adopted dad turned around and picked me up and rushed me to Roxboro Animal Hospital. They checked me out and took x-rays to make sure I was OK. I was cut up and had a broken tail but other than that I was fine. So my new parents brought me home and I met my new family. My tail eventually fell off and I healed very well! My mom took me to get shots and nuetered, which was NO fun! I learned how to stay in an invisible fence, I love to give sugar and play with my parents. I also like to play with my human brother but sometimes I am too rough for him. I have come to realize that I would rather be the only child instead of one of many. I love to receive all the attention and really don't like to share my parents with my brothers and sisters. So because my parents love me so much they want to help me find parents that will love only me. Will you be my new parents?
