He had been kept in a pen his entire life, with a diaper on. Over time the diaper must’ve been left on him wet & dirty & it festered into a bad infection, which we have since treated. <br/>He was never allowed outside & he never got much attention. He is now doing great in his foster home, where his foster mom is working on house training & leash walking him. He is wearing a male wrap band to help aid in the house training process. <br/>He is with other dogs, cats & a mini pig & does well with all. He is a little skittish at first, but becomes friendly & clingy once he realizes he can trust you. <br/>Max loves to snuggle on laps & loves to sleep in bed with his foster mom. <br/>His infection has been treated, he has been neutered & has had his matts shaved off, tested for heartworm & is negative, has been dewormed, is on heartworm & flea prevention & is up-to-date with his vaccines. <br/>We are looking for a home with past little dog experience & kids over 12 or no kids, bc of his tiny size & skittish nature.
