Meet Max
Max is a happy energetic little guy who loves being outside, exploring, playing ball, going on walks, and SWIMMING!
We took him to the nearby lake & he loved it -- he swam continuously without any encouragement.
His also "chases" water from hoses, & will bark & bite at water jets. This isn't a problem unless you're bathing him, in which case, he will bite at the water -- so he needs a tight leash & gentle water pressure to rinse him. He may have been teased with a water hose.
He will run at the barn cats & chickens, but will stop when called.
He will grab & tear / chew paper, napkins, food wrappers, etc and can get quite excited about them.
He loves his squeaky toy, & will play with it & make it squeak for hours on end.
He is crate trained, and almost entirely house trained.
He gets along with my 3 male dogs, and even ignores my smaller JRT when he runs into Max and after a few tussles is respecting the hierarchy.
Max loves affection & is a normal happy male JRT.
