Max is a 3-year-old border collie mix weighing in at a perfect medium size of 38 pounds. He has a soft heart and gentle spirit so he can be a little shy when meeting new people. But with a kind and caring approach, Max will warm up quickly. Max arrived in rescue after being surrendered when his owner passed away. Before coming to the rescue, he was living mostly outdoors in a small kennel.
