Hi, I’m Max! <br/><br/>I’m a 15-month-old black Lab with a happy heart, playful energy, and a whole lot of love to give. I’m a healthy, fun-loving boy who’s still growing and learning, and I’m looking for a family who will enjoy an active, joyful companion. <br/><br/>I’ve completed basic obedience training and know all of my core commands. I’m very food-motivated and eager to please, which makes continued training a fun and rewarding experience for both of us.<br/><br/>I absolutely love people, adults and kids alike! I’m friendly, social, and always excited to say hello. Sometimes my enthusiasm gets the best of me and I may jump up when I’m excited, but I respond well to clear cues like “off” or “down” and continue to improve with consistency.<br/><br/>I’m just as excited to meet other dogs, greeting them with lots of happy energy and bounce. I’m an outdoor-loving guy who would thrive in an active home. Fetch is one of my favorite games, whether it’s in a field or in the water. I love swimming and retrieving! I also have a favorite duck toy that I enjoy playing hide-and-seek with. Activities like hiking, swimming, or any fun game of fetch would be right up my alley. <br/><br/>I love a good car ride! I’ll be a great passenger for you, always ready for the next adventure. While I I do love to be playful, I also have a sweet, cuddly side and enjoy being close to my people. I’d love to settle in for some comfy movie nights. <br/><br/>I’m a happy, curious, affectionate boy, full of potential. With continued structure, exercise, and love, I’ll make an incredible lifelong companion and I can’t wait to meet my forever family.
